Meet The Team
Jennifer Woods, Chief Executive Officer
Jennifer brings a strong background in legal, compliance, and business strategy, having previously served as Assistant Vice President at Global Atlantic Financial Group and held senior roles at BF&M Limited. A qualified Barrister and Attorney, she also holds multiple law degrees and regulatory certifications. Beyond her corporate experience, Woods is active in the community through roles with the Bermuda Boxing Federation and YouthNet. As CEO, she aims to strengthen advocacy, expand member services, and build strategic partnerships to support Bermuda’s business community.
Nishanthi Bailey, Events & Sponsorship Manager
Nishanthi is a celebrated figure in Bermuda, known for her leadership as a former educator, Acting Deputy Principal, and past president of both the Bermuda Union of Teachers and the Bermuda Trade Union Congress. With over 30 years in the arts and 16 years in education, she brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic development, and stakeholder engagement. A graduate of Spelman College, Nishanthi also holds certifications in Business Management and Organizing, further complementing her ability to guide the Chamber during this transitional period. Most importantly, she treasures her role as the mother of her four-year-old daughter, Char’Nha.
Amanda Duncan, Marketing & Promotions Manager
Amanda is a creative professional with a decade of experience in communications, design, and events. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and has a knack for creating captivating content that engages her audience. Her diverse background has shaped her into an organized problem-solver who is always ready to take on new challenges.
Adrienna Forbes, Divisional Advocate & Training Manager
Adrienna Forbes is the Divisional Advocate for the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce. She is a remarkable administrative assistant with an extensive background in numerous office duties. She has demonstrated her ability to work well in high pressure settings and has strong communication skills. Adrienna is also highly professional and dedicated to performing all tasks with excellence. In her free time, Adrienna loves to spend time with family and friends, cooking, baking and trying out new restaurants - she's quite the social butterfly!
Shirlene White, Administrator
As the Administrator for the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, Shirlene plays a vital role in supporting the organization's staff, managing accounts. With a passion for accounting and a deep expertise in administration, she ensures that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
A true guru in administration, Shirlene brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work. Outside the office, she embraces life to the fullest, with a love for travel and new experiences.
